4 days ago i tried to deposit 215 PHP through gcash, but it went to a paymaya website instead with a button "pay with gcash instead" so i clicked it and completed my payment, yet 4 days till now i still haven't received it and the support is ignoring my messages even though they already "seen" the messages. i placed a complaint on my following deposit on june 15 and till this day its still on pending. i saw that the merchant id on my deposit changed from gcash to paymaya (they most likely changed it when it was GCASH when i deposited it on june15)
